Do not bring your blinds to get fixed here. I brought three blinds to get fixed. The mechanisms and chains had to be replaced. After waiting over three weeks, two of the blinds were returned without the mechanism changed (only found out once I installed them back home). In fact one of the blinds was so hard to turn after I got it back the chain broke. The other still had the old squeaking sound. Another blind was returned with a chain half the length, making it very hard to open and close. All this for $194.00. I ended up having to buy all new from another store. Had the owner been honest with us, we would have purchased new blinds from him. Not only did he lose out on the sale of those three replacement blinds, but of four additional ones as well. Buyer beware!
