Absolutely horrible customer service and owner. The owner verbally harassed a 6 month pregnant women and her family for not wearing a MASK over their noses. This type of behaviour is pathetic and disgusting. Will proceed to tell everyone I can how horrible they treated this young women. Will never support a tyrannical company. Shame on you!

Well I haven't even had an opportunity to step foot in this store!! I drove an hour last Monday to check the store out only to find it closed for a family emergency. I Let it go and tried again today, pulled up to the store to find yet again is closed for some renovations now. I should mention both times drove an hour to come to this store and checked online for update of closures and business hours. A suggestion would be to update your information of closures with more than a sign on the door. Frustrating a customer before they even enter your door is poor form for any business!

I purchased a product from here, and brought it back because it was no longer working just past a year, left the product with the worker and was told the owner would contact me and never did. Then I called in spoke to the owner and she had said she looked at it and like anywhere else they would do absolutely nothing for me. Terrible customer service! Not the way I would run a business

Oh how i wished I could rate this store in the minus. I walked in with my wife as we were visiting the beautiful town of Midland in november and in Every store we walked in we felt welcome and you could see each owners were grateful to see someone walking through their doors. well.. not this one; When we entered the store, i walked to the right as I spotted some soy candle, and wanted to buy some ( there were a few customers in, towards the back of the shop, nobody was within 10 meters of us) so, I pulled my mask down ( pulled the mask down, do not read "removed") to smell the candle and was immediatelly greated by a barking owner who told me that i had to smell the candle with the mask on, that i could possibly spread the virus through my nose. and that I was irresponsible for doing so. I immediately put the candle back on the shelf, put my mask back on and without a word walked away. My wife still in shock from that useless agression walked out behind me, then the store owner barked more to the other customers: oh Yeah right, look at then leave now ( cant remember exactly what she said ) to which my wife responded that with that attitude we had no reason to stay in there and shop in this store, then the lady replied " damn right I've got attitude " Great customer service!! So much that I had to write a review about it

Everything in this store is beautiful! The home decor is well selected, high end and really stylish. We especially love their candles (all the scents are amazing and they burn perfectly) and they’ve got really cute clothing and jewellery too! We come by every time we visit Midland. Also, the staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable!

Was very disappointed to see the owner get verbally abusive to a lovely young pregnant women and her family over a mask issue... Very sad to see owners take such a stance. Will not support this business any further nor will my companions. This store has been shared on the Ontario Business' to avoid group. Clearly they are uneducated on the risks masks pose. Especially to pregnant women.
