I was really impressed with the amount they had for options. They have good products and was quite satisfied with that. However the gentleman that I was dealing with was quite snotty after I mentioned I was looking at another product from a different place. He proceeded to insult me and the other local business I was looking into (even though he didn’t know what business that was). I’m not sure I would go back there because of his attitude! If I did I would deal with the other lady. Needless to say I purchased my vinyl plank at the other business, it was a thicker quality and a $1000 cheaper!

Never go their if you have government form to put floors in to get receipts they say they phone you back they do not I finally just sent in the stuff that I Had finally got the last receipt but I am not going to bother unless they ask I sent in the receipts we already had hoping they would be good enough for the government

Have asked for the owner to call as we have concerns about installation in a bathroom. We spoke to them in person with our concerns and was told the owner and installer would be contacting us. I have been waiting for over a week and have received no call back. We are not happy with the lack of follow through and customer service.

I found the salesperson to be very knowledgeable about the different floor products. I was shown a variety of products from sales items to the latest and most popular floor products. He could explain the wear and tear of floor products as well as how to clean the various types of Lino and wood flooring. Being a repeat customer I would recommend this store to friends.

Was not happy that the glue didn’t last as long as I was told it would. Was told the glue bucket would do up to 600 sq ft, my tub is almost empty and the room was only 140 sq ft.

We were very happy with the service and support we received in-store. However, the installation was done quite poorly: the stairs were not done properly, and the transition strip to the bathroom was too thick and we couldn’t close the door. This is where the service fell apart. After almost 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the installer, he came and fixed the stairs. When he finally came to check the transition strip, he told us we would just have to shave the door. He had lifted up the transition strip and carpet and did not adhere it back down, so now it’s just loose. We have tried to get ahold of them but have gotten no response. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend EOTR simply because of poor installation and follow through. Edit to add that EOTR did contact us and then the strip was fixed promptly.
