Karen did a decent job with the staging. However, trying to get her to check if the items are in her warehouse and to return our stuffs (if any) (which her staffs might have "mistakenly" taken while de-staging) has been stressful. We are moving out of the country and have everything else ready to go and in storage with the shipping company. It has been 3 weeks and she is yet to return any of my calls and messages (which were read but not responded to) We had to extend our storage contract by another month!! I understand that she is busy but this is a mistake/negligence on her/her staffs' part, which they ought to fix/correct without any delay.

The final product was nice and I do not doubt the staging aided in the sale of the house. But Karen came in with very unrealistic expectations about what we were able or willing to do in a short time frame, asked us to purchase things that she didn't end up using, and asked us to purchase a very large rug that would have been a minimum of $400 -- isn't a stagers job to provide items like rugs? We asked, she said she would provide one for the room, and didn't. She took some small items we purchased at her request that she did not end up using. She also started removing some of the staging items before the house sold. Communication wasn't great and she was rude/abrasive overall. I'm glad my realtor is footing part of the bill, I wouldn't be happy paying the full price.
