We commissioned Sergey Kolomiets of Accord Cabinets to design and build the kitchen in our newly purchased condo in the spring of 2016. The reason we looked first at Accord was a positive referral from a friend who had an incredible kitchen done by the company. After seeing the shop and meeting Sergey personally, we knew he was the right person for our project. Sergey listened carefully to our plans and immediately arranged to come directly to the condo to assess and measure the space himself. He then took my written requests for various special considerations and designed a kitchen for me. His design incorporated every feature I wanted with additional beautiful touches. Sergey's suggestions were tasteful and appropriate, and his main concern was obviously our satisfaction with the end product. We were delighted with the timing of his work - everything was completed right on schedule, the installation went beautifully and everything fit perfectly. Sergey responded promptly to every call and email. Estimates were presented beforehand , there were never any extra charges, and the workmanship was excellent. Accord also worked comfortably and courteously with other contractors, ironing out difficulties and preventing major problems with flooring and appliance installation. Sergey personally followed up after we moved in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and repaired a unit which had been damaged by another contractor at no charge. This renovation experience was excellent because of the personal service, superb design and excellent workmanship provide by Sergey Kolomiets of Accord Cabinets.

When I arrived at the store the OPEN sign was off but it was Thursday at 1pm so I went to try the door and it was open. The owner was in the showroom so I asked if he was open. He said "mmhmm" I then told him I was looking for a 5 ft custom vanity and asked to see some options. At this point he told me that I could not afford his custom products. This was incredibly rude. I am under 30 years old and he assumed that I wasn't a serious buyer. My husband and I are doing our 2nd home renovation and had chosen this store based on good revews and I wanted something large and specific. I was not happy with my experience at all so my husband went in to the store. The owner was also rude to my husband and insisted he was closed. We took our business elsewhere because that is no way to treat a customer. Go somewhere that is respectful to all.

After researching several cabinet companies, we decided to put our faith in Accord Cabinets. Once we had met with Sergey in his showroom and saw his work, we felt that we could put our confidence in his straightforward approach, honesty, ideas and professionalism. We then met with him in our home to finalize a plan for our kitchen, powder room and family room cabinetry and mantle, hearth and floating shelves. In order to save our granite countertops in a section of the kitchen, Sergey managed to save the framework in that area, but provided new doors and new interiors with pull-outs and other creative additions. The island and other area of the kitchen were totally rebuilt with modern pull-outs and other new interior inserts which make the kitchen so much more functional. The craftsmanship is second to none! His installation team is extremely efficient, professional and personable. As they went along, they communicated with us to insure that the 'finishing touches' met with our expectations. During the installation, Sergey oversaw the work each day and upon completion, he returned to 'tweak' a couple of minor things. He is certainly a perfectionist and wants to be sure his customers are totally satisfied. We are thrilled with our new cabinetry and plan to soon invite Sergey to replace our vanities in our bathroom and ensuite.

Accord Cabinets and Sergey rebuilt our kitchen 4 years ago and did an excellent job. The other day an issue arose with one of the drawers which had nothing to do with the original work. I contacted Sergey and explained the problem and he came out the same day and resolved the issue. Sergey never referenced that the cabinets were 4 years old, but instead made sure that the quality of his craftmanship was maintained. He also pointed out a loose handle requiring a new screw and that one of the drawers needed new bumpers which he said we can pick up free of charge at our convenience. We would not hesitate to recommend Accord Cabinets to anyone because of the quality work and excellent customer service.
