We used Staged for Upsell before bringing our home to market. Joanna came and told us exactly what needed to change (decorations/paint/layout) in order to sell quick and get a lot of interest. Our home was on the market for 23 days before it sold. In this short time we had five other viewings all with positive feedback about pricing and interest in the home. I was totally shocked as my expectation was that our home would be on the market similar to other units in our building of close to a year.
