Nous avions prit un premier rendez-vous avec Julie Therrien concernant un projet d'agrandissement, rendez-vous que Mme Therrien a annulé la veille. Soyez prévenus, elle ne prend d'ailleurs pas de rendez-vous après 16h, bonjour la flexibilité! Suite à l'annulation mon mari la relance pour reprendre rendez-vous et c'est silence radio. J'ai donc contacté Ova Design afin de leur faire part de ce désagrément, ce qui s'est avéré être une véritable perte de temps. La co-fondatrice Stéphanie Tardif me répond que Mme Therrien n'a tout simplement pas vu notre courriel. Aucune excuse, aucune considération, bref une réponse si peu professionnelle qu'on se demande si ces personnes ne devraient pas suivre une formation sur le service à la clientèle! Entre temps nous avons également contacté. RénoM3; service A1 et je souligne que c'est le propriétaire en personne qui nous a appelé (après 16h).
