She was great to work with, very collaborative, listened to our ideas and then improved on them. We have a very modern house and we wanted the yard to work well with the home design and that's exactly what we got. We had to make a slight modification after the plan was completed because the concrete contractor didn't put the sidewalk in the right place. Katherine was incredibly responsive, made the necessary change to the plan very quickly, and everything turned out beautifully. Thank you Katherine!

We came across Katherine via the recommendation of William Blake Homes, who have collaborated with her on many projects. We were looking to do fairly extensive work in both our front and backyards, including structural items, hard and soft landscaping, a complete redo of a large deck, and creating a play area. We just had a significant renovation done of our entire backyard. This included a deck, pergola, and rearranging everything in the back of our house. It was daunting at first because there were so many details to consider. Katherine was tremendous in the amount of value that she added. The attention to detail was fantastic. We initially met Katherine before we began renovating our 50 year old home. The architect suggested a plain, cement retaining wall which didn’t suit our taste. Katherine recommended cladding it with stone or wood which we did and it’s gorgeous. Two years later, we were ready to begin landscaping. In 2010 Katherine created a landscape plan for our home in aspen. Since we had a home behind us and one beside the challenge was to create privacy. We were so happy with our lyard as the outdoor living areas she created made it feel larger and more useful. She suggested a water feature which I loved. It was amazing to sit in the yard and hear the running water on a sunny summer day as a break away from work. We had a large deck and a pergola covering our hot tub. We sold the home 2 years ago and I still miss the yard so much. The professional landscaping was essential to the sale of our home.
