Tracy helped me pick out several samples that I was able to take home and gave me the different pricing options for each. We purchased hardwood through RB as well to install ourselves. Greg has taken a lot of time giving us tips and tricks when installing hardwood flooring. Was not overly happy with the service. The installer did not show up in time, in fact he came 7 hours late on a Saturday. I was away, so it did not affect me completely, however when I came home the next day he did not clean up after himself. There were pieces everywhere, carpet dust and carpet strings. Most places clean up their job site when finished.

We really enjoy working with Riverbend. They helped us with tile, carpet and countertops for a renovation and we used them again when we added carpet to our basement. Most rectly we used them again to install vinyl plank in our last renovated space. These guys were so great! Ethan and Alex installed the floors and did a fantastic job. They were also very cautious with my furniture and gave me some good tips to improve the longevity of my new fridge of all things! I went with the Karndean Vintage Pine vinyl fIooring. I would only suggest this if you are ok staying up later at night because you would rather look at your beautiful floors than go to bed! It was a great experience working with this group and I highly recommend them!
