Model Luxe gave us a great selection of products and advice. That was almost 5 years ago. We recently had trouble with one of our blinds and they have gone above and beyond to rectify our issue. In a day in age where post sales service and support is non existent Model Luxe shines! I would recommend their services to my friends and family!

In 2018 we found ourselves not only building a new home in Calgary from 8 hours away, but we also required all new furnishings and accessories. Being new to Calgary and certainly taxed with the rigor of designing and building our home, we needed some professional help with our project. We were extremely lucky to have Amy and Mallory referred to us. There was an instant connection via their ability to decipher our taste and they immediately went to work while our home was under construction. Amy and Mallory provided us with scalable drawings for each room, which enabled us to select our required furnishing from a number of options they provided. Their procurement advantage easily covered their fees and our end product was amazing. They literally completed our entire home while working closely with us through the entire process. From furniture to selecting custom fabrics for window treatments and pillows, to wallpaper, art and all the required accessories; we were blown away with their expertise and commitment to delivering on their high level of customer service and quality end product. Amy and Mallory completely managed our purchases from ordering and continual updating, to having them delivered and placed in our home. Having them completely handling these onerous duties was a huge benefit for us. Two years later, we repeated our journey with Model Luxe on a smaller scale and had them assist with our full outdoor space after landscape. End result was the same; excellent service, quality products at great prices and all products were handled from ordering to putting everything in its rightful place. Two jobs very well done!
