Attempted to obtain a quote on a renovation that was required for my mortgage. I explained that due to time and financial constraints I was only looking for a quote on a generic design and if i obtained financing I could look at purchasing design consultation. I was repeatedly assured that this was no problem and my needs would be met. After several solicitations to purchase design consultations I did not obtain any quote was not able to provide the bank with the required info from Legacy to obtain my loan.
