DESCRIPTION

We have the opinions of real people who are consuming the products of Lake Louise Inn (Interior Designer) in the territory close to Lake Louise (Canada).

At this moment this business gets a score of 4.1 stars out of 5 and the score has been calculated on 127 reviews.

You may have noticed that it reaches an reviews average is quite high, and it is based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can think that the valuation is quite faithful. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, it works.

As you know, we do not usually bother to put tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

Let's talk location & lobby! Those were the two highlights for me for this stay. We had overall a pretty decent stay and I like that they are taking covid measures. I really loved the decor in the lobby and the location as it was close to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Property is quite big, so we had to drive to our building. I found the room to be just average. It is quite small (had a room with 2 beds), but getting to the room was quite easy to navigate. Staff also provided a map of the property and was helpful. I found staff to be quite friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I would've preferred a slightly bigger room and for property to be slightly cleaner (like the in the hallway, room carpet, etc).

Definitely recommend. This place was amazing, very welcoming and good quick reference

Clean and nice enough but rooms much smaller and more dated than they seemed in the pictures. The “budget” rooms are quite expensive for what you get, but of course you’re paying for the location. No elevators in (at least) one of the buildings so be mindful when booking if you have accessibility needs or heavy luggage.

The rooms have been renovated and look quite nice, although there are a few quirks. The toilet paper was hanging so far under the vanity I almost didn't find it! Also, we got a lot of noise from the room next to us and the hall. The pool and hot tubs were very pleasant after a day of hiking though!

Bike rentals and mini golf included in resort fee. Was impressed with the attention taken to follow COVID restrictions, and the professionalism of all the staff. Felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. Will definitely be back.

Incredible service! I’ve always received great service staying here, and I was looking forward to returning but hit some unexpected weather on my journey. They were very helpful and flexible, I will definitely be coming back soon!

The rooms was nice and clean. When we requested additional coffee and towels housekeeping was very quick to bring it over. The front desk was really helpful with info about the parking and moraine lake at sunrise. A bit of a wait for both the restaurants but there's not that many options in Lake Louise.

We have a nice 2 bedroom apt. It took a bout one hour to let us in, but they gave us a free breakfast which is the best breakfast in my hotel experience.

Cute cozy place ! Very clean and tidy .. the restaurant attached to the building had delicious food! Great portions and great service

Expensive but worth it. Room was little bit small but everything was perfect except that. No need to mention view. It was really good. Swimming pool was good but if you are there in winter and your room is far away from the office building where swimming pool is, then it may be freezing cold.

We like soft beds with pillow tops! These are a bit on the stiff side. Would be nice if the thermostat worked in our room it's super warm and we have to crack the door at night to cool down. Other than really cozy and super convenient for the hill, it's also quite affordable.

Magnificent!

As far as accommodations go, it's pretty standard lodging. The rooms are fairly average and the TV barely qualifies as a computer monitor. However, with several dining options, pool and hot tubs on site, there really isn't much to complain about... After all, if you're planning on staying in your room the whole time, there are better travel destinations. Speaking of travel destinations, you pretty much come here to explore the outdoors and being located in the village and (figuratively) and stone's throw away from Lake Louise rounds out the experience neatly for a 5 star review from me.

Lake Louise Inn is a lovely, modern inn with great amenities. I had the pleasure of staying in an updated room with a kitchen and super comfy murphy bed. Everything was clean and secure, making it easy for me to leave for the day and explore the surrounding areas like Moraine Lake and local hiking trails. Management made my stay pleasant, answering any questions I had. Even had a chance to test out the restaurant, which had some tasty Gluten Free options.

My spouse and I stayed here. Very impressive! Lake Louise is about 8 minutes away. The rooms were clean and had no smell at all, room was just right, enough space for a couple. We had a nice view of the mountains too! Due to covid, there was no housekeeping services however, when we called to request for new towels on our last night, none came. :( Keah was very friendly and upon check-in, she was thorough on explaining the covid protocols. We asked her the best place to watch the Aurora and she said they have not seen it there yet but recommended Morant’s curve. We went later that night and sure enough, we can see the faint glow of the aurora activity but because of cloud coverage, we couldn’t see it well. We tried again early the next morning but before leaving, we decided to look at the north side of the parking lot. Lo and behold, the Aurora was right at the hotel’s backyard! And for that, I gave 5 stars as it just made our stay (and my birthday trip) the most memorable! Northern lights aside, it is a good place to stay and it is highly recommended!

Really lovely stay. Very cosy feel to the rooms and main building. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of foods however did rely heavily on smaller individually wrapped condiments where a larger reusable alternative would suffice. Otherwise a great stay in a gorgeous location.

Great hotel overall. The main problem is the heat : I was there in October and I had to open the windows because it was too hot. I cannot imagine how the people in summer feel. The swimming pool is in the main building so you may have to walk a bit to get there. Great restaurants.

This hotel is unsafe. It has no security at the place. Nobody in the hotel is aware what is happening at the premises. There were some guys who drove toy electrical cars at a parking lot on a high speed. They were approaching in front of you like trying to hit you and than suddenly stop in front of you and car made a jump.

Absolutely fantastic experience here. We got upgraded to a 1 bedroom condo which had 2 levels. Probably the best hotel I lived in during my Banff lake Louise jasper trip only because of the upgrade. The original room we were supposed to get was located at a different building and apparently was terrible. Luckily our friends who checked in before us warned us about it.

The lake was beautiful, trash was everywhere. People have no concern for nature or respect for anyone else. Extre.ely busy
