Jacqueline is a life saver! Last year my sister was completely overwhelmed with work and her wedding planning fell by the wayside. Overcome with a never ending to do list and not enough time to do it all, we got a referral to hire Jacqueline which was the best decision of the entire wedding planning process. The only problem we had with Jacqueline was not hiring her sooner! She is professional, authentic, organized, efficient, a total go getter and best of all her personality can light up any room she is in. I have now hired her for my wedding and couldn’t be happier! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 10 out of 10!

Probably one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process was hiring Jacqueline Rae and her team. We actually hired her before COVID hit and she continued to work diligently with us through the entire pandemic, constantly pivoting, to help us have our special day. From where we stood, our day ran absolutely seamlessly and we were blissfully unaware of the multiple day of issues that arose with other vendors. It truly was a magical day with the majority of the credit for it going to Jacqueline and her team for making it so. Leading up to the wedding, we felt constantly supported, heard and valued. Kerry was highly responsive and very lovely to work with in addition to Jacqueline. By the time we got to the wedding itself, Jacqueline felt as much like a friend as she did a vendor. She is hands down the first person I would recommend absolutely anyone work with for any event. She is a lovely, caring, genuine person and a constant professional. Jacqueline is truly amazing at what she does! I can't say enough about her organization, her sense of calm, her generosity and her creative ideas that helped make our wedding such a beautiful day. Every time I came to her with a question or a problem, she just rolled with it and found a way to deal with it calmly. She was tireless in making everything from placecards to welcome signs to personalized menus to individualized schedules for us, and I honestly can't imagine doing any of it without her help. She not only is a great planner and coordinator but also has wonderful creativity and resourcefulness that shines through in her styling and design projects as well. I really cannot recommend her enough. She has a true passion for what she does and is an amazing person as well!

Jacqueline was on top of all of them… including so many that we hadn’t even considered or thought of. Many couples spend their wedding day and the days leading up to it, coordinating and managing guests, vendors and the venue while ensuring everything occurs as planned. While it is difficult to capture everything that her team does on the day of the wedding, because so much of it goes unnoticed, it is because of Jacqueline that we were able to experience and enjoy our wedding weekend to the fullest. We weren’t only able to deliver our vision for our wedding event to our friends and family but experience it with them! Great events don’t just happen, but they will if you have Jacqueline on your team!

Jacqueline went above and beyond in every way I could have imagined for our big day back in August of this year. My husband and I still talk about how seamless the wedding was because of Jacqueline and her team. Getting married in another country when you have never seen the location should probably be pretty stressful for a normal couple, but we did not feel that one bit leading up to our day. We trusted that Jacqueline had it all taken care of, which she did. Every time that I talked to Jacqueline over video, phone call, or text, all of my fears and worries about the day immediately disappeared. Hands down the bet investment we made on our wedding day! We reached out to Jacqueline in March of 2020 when it became clear that our May 2020 wedding in Italy was not going to happen due to Covid. We ultimately decided to put wedding planning on hold while things settled down in the world and then reached out to Jacqueline again in June once we had decided to put together a small intimate celebration at the Banff Springs Hotel for August 7th. With just over 7 weeks to plan, Jacqueline helped us put together the most AMAZING day and made it feel like an absolute breeze. Everything from the online planning platform and process Jacqueline used to understand our vision for the day, to the regular zoom calls to make sure we were on track was absolutely seamless. We walked in to the wedding week feeling totally relaxed and prepared, knowing Jacqueline and her team were there handling everything made it such a relaxing and enjoyable day for not only me and my husband but for all of our family and guests. Hiring Jacqueline was absolutely the best investment we made for our wedding! We live in Texas and had been to Banff one time prior to getting married there, so navigating all of the ins and outs of planning a destination wedding would've been impossible without her and her team. (At least that's how it seemed to me; if something went wrong, she certainly never let on, just took care of it.)
