I have pictures to back up EVERYTHING said here!!! Remove a wall: 24ft not load baring, had to finish ourselves Install 20ft interior wall: board not secured. Went to put up drywall and the wall moved. Several boards missing nails. (6 had none on bottom- others just one nail) Install insulation - 5 months ( order incorrect kind- reordered again- sits outside for 4months / no adjustment to bill) Had to redo the plastic Vapor barrier as the coroners were curved. It was breaking drywall. Insulate ceiling- spots showed no insulation at all. Had to get corrected. It was like pulling teeth. Had to get building inspector to assist. Install windows- we don’t need to trim them or insulate. We never said we would do that….that not part of the install Electrical - 6 months to complete and had to contact the electrician for certificate. No response from Martina of her sidekick Phillip who said they would send. Installation of door: provided insulation but it proved to be insufficient. Light showing through even after done a second time. Had to provide my own can. Didn’t bring enough to do the job. All in all- everything they did was incorrectly done. Zero integrity and no accountability Bill was horrendous with no discounts from Marina
