Ryan was cheerful and resourceful while completing a few handyman tasks at one of our clients' investment properties. He custom made a dryer vent cover, resolved the shower head mystery & saved the toilet assembly by adjusting rather than wasting it unnecessarily! Ryan also noticed another vent deficiency & replaced the faulty venting to ensure our clients' satisfaction. These types of conscientious actions are representative of going the second mile. When I was selling my house I had no idea how much staging made a difference !! I had shruti come in and make my home so nice I almost didnt want to sell !! We asked Ryan to help us design a room in our home. He and his business partner spent time looking at our floor plan and came up with a brilliant design to maximized the space. He asked him for a estimate and he can back with a fair and reasonable cost pending the material used. We signed an agreement that outlined the labour, material costs, and completion date. Ryan was always available to answer our questions related to project. He completed the project on time and he did an excellent job of cleaning the space after when all the work was completed. I contacted House to Wows as we were preparing to sell our home of 19 years. I had quite a few questions as I had not used a stager previously and Shruti was very helpful and patient as the process went along. I was kept organized and on track with the timeline with checklists, emails and friendly phone calls. House to Wows worked within my budget by utilizing many of my existing furniture pieces and decor items, in conjunction with rentals and their own inventory. After the staging day, our house has the wow factor that sets us apart from all the others on the market.
