Love this store!! We stop in every year and always manage to find a piece of Fernie to bring home with us :) Paul & staff take care of us well - whether it’s quickly wrapping furniture to transport home safely or deliver a forgotten item to our hotel. Looking forward to our next visit to find more quality items.

To be honest, I don't look like a "million dollars" but we do own a house "of value". I have been twice and asked questions. The only person who seems to care is the gal at the front desk. Even though they have my email address they have never contacted me. I have found another interior designer.

There was a solid inventory with in the store and it was curated quite well. We had a great experience aside from the prices. The staff was also quiet and reserved (only made a comment or two) until we were about to leave and then they engaged us. It is a nice store but there is just something off.
