LOST OUR DEPOSIT They were all pleasant and had good communication until we gave them our deposit. Then after we gave this company a deposit they started saying that they couldn't work within the timelines based on our conversations. I said we'd be ready for them in 2-3 weeks and they said they needed one week notice. I was right on time at the beginning of the two weeks I promised and gave them eight days notice (should be good to go right?). They then said that it was now a rush job and it would be an additional $900 and that we had to move out of the house completely or they wouldn't do the job. Chris would barely communicate with me to work out how to make the stage happen. In the end we lost our deposit. I recognize that we could have communicated a little better and that we pushed right up to the fastest timeline we possibly could, but they said over and over "We'll work with your timeline," then only went by their timeline once they had the deposit. He claimed they had incurred immense costs and that's why they're keeping the deposit, but the deposit alone is more than what other stagers charge for the entire job. After having to hire another stager I learned that this company's cost if more than 2x what the staging should cost. Only go with this company if you're willing to a) pay a high rate b) go entirely by their rules c) and you're ok with someone who might run with your deposit.

Chris was responsive and did an excellent job outfitting our house to sell. Furniture and accessories were high-end and they had plenty of art/wall hangings to fill up every room. They were able to fit us in on short notice and had the place completely styled in days. Fee seemed a bit high but was returned several times over in the sale. Good value overall and great service.
