I would give a zero if I could because they have been a no show 2 times in a row to come out to give me a quote on the install. I was charged for the quote on June 5th but as of yet, no one has showed up. ( and it is June 17th)

Aiden from MASI came to our home to measure our kitchen out for an upcoming renovation. He called the day before to make sure the timing would work out. He was very polite, professional, and showed a good knowledge about what he was doing. He helped us plan out our Ikea kitchen design and changed it in a way that made it far more efficient and allowed us more usable space. Would definitely recommend MASI for any renovation or consulting needs!

Masi's tradespeople were highly professional and did a terrific job on our kitchen renovation. They managed the Ikea cabinet installation but also did some difficult flooring repairs, plumbing and electrical. I'd recommend their services.

Have to ask Ikea for a new installer as no replies to messages. Busy season I understand but 10 days to respond rediculous. Ikea made aware their poor service does not reflect well on them.
