Got our whole kitchen done a year ago cupboards, countertops & floors feel warped, cupboards are loose and moving not to mention one wouldn't even close shut, they chipped the floor piece while it was put in, backsplash was done horribly called to complain he was supposed to come take a look at a few things we weren't pleased with never showed up or answered the phone for a month so gave up. Just an all out dissapointment for the price paid wont be getting any other renovations done by them. Definitely do not recommend them.

Kevin and his team did a fabulous job rectifying the kitchen add-on issues for my daughter Lisa and fiance Vinny. It turns out that the add-on that was previously done to the house wasn't completed properly to begin with and it started to sink into the ground and pull away from the house. KAT RENO saved the day and was very affordable considering the task they had to perform.

The transformation of our kitchen was amazing. Kevin and Angie helped us decide what layout would work the best for us. They helped us put our dream kitchen into reality with beautiful cabinets and flooring. The workers that Kevin sent here were true professionals. It was exciting to come home everyday and see the transformation. I would definitely use KAT Reno again.

We had KAT Reno renovate 2 rooms in our home: a bedroom and an office. They were tasked with installing new hardware flooring, and paint. The project was completed right on schedule and they took care of every detail, from showing us flooring samples, helping us choose paint colours, to clean-up of the old flooring, leaving us with 2 brand new rooms! We didn't have to lift a finger! Kevin's crew at KAT Reno are terrific, clean and do the job right! I feel that a side plug is also necessary for Maximum Impact Plus, because Kevin and Angie are team that can't be beat. Maximum Impact Plus is run by Angie, it is a Home Staging and Interior Decorating company, and her design talent and experience helped us make these two rooms beautiful, from paint colours, floor style, and furniture. We would recommend them to anyone renovating or redesigning their home. Wonderful work.

We have had several renovations done by KAT Reno and have been extremely pleased every time. Kevin has been extremely accommodating when we have tried to set up meetings to plan a project to meet our busy schedules. He has then been able to get the work started very promptly and in every case it has turned out well. There have been no unexpected financial surprises. His work crews have been very friendly and also very neat always making sure to clean up after themselves. We are very satisfied customers.

This was, without doubt, the most frustrating experience with a contractor we have ever had. Glaring errors which caused delay by having to have segments of the job taken apart and redone (using Blueskin membrane on our deck surface and Kevin not knowing, for some reason, that Blueskin is NOT UV stable which created a hazard for the portions exposed between the deck boards) to having a "crew" consisting of two men, one of whom did virtually nothing all day but chat to the one doing all the work. This crew would often show up late in the morning, immediately find themselves "needing supplies", leaving for hours, showing up again just in time for their lunch break and leaving early because it was too hot (so start early and with supplies!) or we weren't around to answer a question that pertained to FUTURE work and not at all relative to the portion of the job they were working on. Kevin was rarely on site and, as the contractor, failed to ensure his "crew" was prepared or even on the job site. Since we were paying by the hour we became gravely concerned and began to log the hours spent on the job when we were around to monitor the time. We then had a meeting with Kevin who assured us he would make it right. Unfortunately that did not happen. It was back to lackadaisical business as usual. Our deck sits unfinished with us working to find trades who can complete the job and make it right. I do not recommend this company and will be filing formal complaints with the construction associations Kat Reno belongs to as well as the BBB.

Right from our initial meeting through to the completion of our kitchen reno, Kevin and Angie were a pleasure to deal with. Our reno was completed in a short period of time and on budget. When we had a question or concern, it was addressed promptly. Kevin coordinated all the trades work. They were great to deal with. Angie's expertise on cabinetry, counter tops and flooring was much appreciated. They have a great team at KAT. They are professional and reliable. Matt is meticulous and we so appreciate his countless hours of hard work and finishing touches. Serghei did a beautiful job tiling. Thanks to his attention to detail, our back splash is gorgeous. We also want to thank Nicole the office admin she was always so pleasant and helpful when we called. We highly recommend KAT Reno and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.
