We used TR for a recent kitchen renovation. From the beginning we had a phenomenal experience. Staff were professional and accommodating. They took time to ask questions and offer suggestions so we were happy with our final product. The creative team came up with different solutions and ideas for the design challenges and features we didn’t even think of. In particular, we adore our coffee station! During installation they were detail oriented and listened to concerns and made sure we were happy. Thank you for making a kitchen reno go so smoothly especially during a pandemic. We bought a cottage on 4 mile lake. Everything was outdated ,with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms from the 70's. We went to T&R kitchens , where Teresa helped design our dream kitchen and bathrooms. She was very professional and helpful, working in conjunction with us at every step and giving us excellent advice on choosing our cabinets, hardware and especially our granite counter tops. Paul ,the installer did an excellent job , all the plumbing, installed all the appliances for us. The end result was a stunning kitchen and 2 beautiful bathrooms. From start to finish our experience was seamless! Teresa provided friendly expert advice on style and design even lending samples to take home... Paul came out to do the measurements and ordering was a breeze! Wait time was approx 6 weeks and the install went without a hitch. I was especially impressed in Paul’s punctuality, attention to detail and cleanup...a true professional. He even installed a farmhouse sink and chef’s faucet that we provided ... the end result was amazing. What a transformation and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend TR Design Centre for a new kitchen and remodelling. Teresa met me when I went in and was the greatest help with suggestions and ideas. She was terrific answering all questions and returning all calls and very patient with me in my decision making process. Paul and Jackie, the owners are hands on.
