When I first called Carrie from CMH interiors I had no clue what to do about my living room redesign. I knew I was looking for a complete change but had no idea who to go about getting it done. The minute Carrie walked into my house she put me at ease. Hiring a designer during Covid is nerve wracking and as a person with underlying health conditions I was nervous but Carrie followed a very strict protocol and put me at ease right away. I felt very safe and comfortable with her in my home. As we started discussing the plan for my living room, Carrie yet again put me at ease. Her knowledge and ability to take what was in my mind and make it happen in real life was incredible. I would share a few things I liked and she could put it all together and create a “look” that blew me away! I can’t recommend Carrie enough for your design needs. She was so easy to work with and the end result is beyond spectacular! Beppy S.

I have worked along side Carrie for numerous jobs over the years and have to say that she has a very good sense of design using colours, patterns and textures to complete a space. She is definitely the best in her business and I would recommend her to anyone needing a hand in designing a space whether it be commercial or residential.

Carrie was recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance and we're so happy to have worked with her. My wife and I have very different styles and Carrie did an incredible job of blending them together in a space we both love! She was very accommodating to our schedule and was always available. We brought our own contractor to the project and Carrie worked very well with him to execute our (mostly her) vision. If you are considering a renovation I highly recommend using Carrie! We'll be working with her again soon when we redo our family room!

We used Carrie to help redesign the main floor of our 33 year old custom home. Not only is Carrie proficient in design work, she also understands the construction process which was critical for this size of job. Any renovation job comes with undue stress but adding the COVID shutdown just piled it on. Carrie and her team were able to adapt to these pressures to the best of their abilities. There wasn’t one recommendation made by Carrie that we didn’t agree with which shows her ability to understand her client’s needs. Carrie is likely exceptional at starting a room or house from scratch, unfortunately we were looking to build on what we had started with another decorator and put too much faith in her. Items she recommended and we ordered did not match, size, colour, style and patterns were all off - both trained and untrained eyes agree. Follow-Up was also very poor - we had asked her a couple of times to come in and see if the work of the contractors she had recommended met her expectations - they did not meet ours and determine next steps around what had been done and additional work/pieces - after we paid her, it was radio silence.

We have used CMH Interiors on several occasions. We first used Carrie’s expertise and talent to decorate our main bathroom. We absolutely LOVED her ideas and her quick design that we then used her for our bedroom, master bathroom and laundry room. A year later we had her design and decorate our entire main floor which included our front hall, bedroom hallway, kitchen, dining area and great room/living room. Carrie listened well to our style preferences and strict budget and worked well within them. Designing and decorating comes so easy and so natural to her-she can look at a space and within minutes has a plan including paint colors and design ideas. She is extremely talented, mixing colors and textures to create the perfect rooms. Carrie was organized, attentive, confident and patient (especially with my inability to make a decision because we loved all her ideas). She is an incredible designer. A special thank you to her entire team. We will definitely use CMH Interiors again.... hopefully sooner than later. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a designer-she is the best!

I met Carrie through a friend. As soon as she started giving us ideas about our main bathroom. I was hooked. She has incredible ideas, beautiful taste and definitely knows this business. After the bathroom was completed, we used her for our master bedroom, our master bathroom, our master closet and our laundry room. I have always wanted my house to look like it came from a magazine and now it does. Carrie was so easy to work with and she is so talented. She has amazing visions. When she took us to pick out our tiles, she did so in about 10 minutes and they look beautiful. I would have been in the store for hours and left with nothing. I so appreciated her patience and for suggesting things I never would have considered. I trusted her completely. We are so pleased with her work and I will definitely use her again and I hope soon. It is my absolute pleasure to write a review for CMH Interiors and share with many what a talent Carrie has when it comes to interior design. We met Carrie through a referral after having seen the outstanding work she had just completed. We immediately began work with Carrie giving her full creative control to decorate our new home top to bottom. Our experience with Carrie has been nothing but, AMAZING!! Every single detail has been carefully selected and we cannot wait to work with Carrie again in the new year! We completed a major renovation to our family room: removal of a brick wood burning fireplace and replaced with with a gas fireplace with a beautiful wood frame, curtains, paint, crown moulding, pot lights, hardwood floor, & area rug, 2 sofas, 2 power reclining chairs, 3 end tables, 3 lamps, 8 cushions & art work. This was a daunting task that would have taken me 2 years, one or 2 pieces at a time because I don't have the expertise and vision that Carrie has. She has the talent to guide you to the big picture and gently guides you to where you need to be. There were a lot of decisions to be made and she gave me confidence in choices as well as completely trusting her judgement. Carrie made the experience of doing a reno this big to be much less stressful with her expertise. I will be calling her again for the next project. When you want spectacular - call Carrie. It only took a short period of time during Carrie's first visit to our home to realize that Carrie was who we wanted to work with. We tackled a complete main floor renovation which can bring along some uncertainty and each step through the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The project involved modified structural and electrical work, flooring, wall and window coverings, kitchen and laundry room cabinetry and appliances, staircase and railings, drapes, furniture, accents, etc., etc. Carrie knew when to make decisions and when a discussion was needed. As people have come to our home and witnessed the transition, Carrie's name is always part of the conversation and will continue to be. We are once again proud of our home and thank Carrie for everything she has done to make this happen.
