Only great things to say about IPH! We've used IPH several times for both scheduled and emergency services. For the emergency service, it was over a long weekend and at night, but the technician was super quick in diagnosing and fixing the issue. It was obvious he valued our time and the bill was completely reasonable. We recently turned to IPH for a new AC system and installation and again they were great to deal with. Super reasonable rates and the install technicians were super professional. Highly recommend IPH!

Took 6 hours to barely even resolve my problem. I called up IPH as I knew the company from my work. My furnace was making a boom noise when it was windy. IPH arrived and they were at my house from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. They had zero clue of what they had to do. They spents hours just chatting to each other and barely making any speed. I had to intervene sometimes to tell the IPH workers what to do. They tried several things, finally finding out what the problem was after 5 hours. By the end I was begging them to leave. Terrible and slow service.

Had them come on a weekend @$160.00 a hour with a minimum of 2 hours. They ended up charging 2 1/2 hours plus parts. Also said seniors rate was $97.00 an hour but because it was on a weekend I didn't qualify. The lady that took payment was not very nice and she really didn't care about it. I will never use them again as I'm sure there are others that would like my business. Went and had a talk with Wayne and we resolved my concerns. Everything is A okay. Will do business with them again.

I called on a Sunday to their emergency line when my furnace quit on the coldest day of the year (-30 C with wind). The technician for the day was not very helpful and slightly dismissive. I didn't receive any help and had to look for a different company to help me. I did appreciate their response when I talked to the main office and management the following day. The office staff were very kind and understanding. At the time of having no heat in my house, I was quite frustrated.

Interior Plumbing and Heating’s furnace replacement quotation suggested needed ducting changes which would make our house more comfortable, as well as more energy efficient, thanks to Swain Eisler. Another firm’s quotation did not offer these changes. Our new high efficiency Lennox was installed expertly by Jayson, who was thorough, hard working and professional. My wife and I are very pleased we chose Interior Plumbing and Heating for our furnace and hot water tank replacement.

Make sure you get everything in writing when dealing with this company Misdiagnosed problem with my furnace on an initial inspection which required a second tear down. No mention of any additional repair charge related to their miss which was outright admitted by the service technician. I surprisingly received an invoice several months later preceded by a threatening call they were sending an invoice to collections that I had never received. Not to mention it was almost two months to get my air conditioning working!. ☹️ and the story goes on!!

I am in the process of completing a major renovation of our home in Kamloops. IPH has completed all aspects of the plumbing and HVAC work, including a direct vent hot water tank, new air conditioner, new plumbing and furnace duct work. The plumber who came to my place was very knowledgeable and did his best to fix the clogged pipe with the pipe as it was. When that wasn't possible he explained what needed to be done. No pressure. Ive used IPH several times ,thought they were devoted to their residential customers .(nope ) this is the second time they have let me down .I did renos on my bathroom and had requested a tech come out to clean build up in my pipes ,made the appointment and 15 minutes b4 my time ..they called and cancelled .....on a friday ,and rescheduled me for the following tuesday ....Im sorry not good enough ! The last issue was delt with,with a 50 credit towards any work .IPH has big contracts in town ...like the new building at hospital ,so if you need any work done in your house ,your better off calling another company , I did and they came out right away ,fixed my issue ,gave me free stuff ,and even called me that night ,to check that everything is good .

Marshall showed assessed the problem quickly. He then called the supplier we bought the faucet from and inquired about warranty for us. He then ran out picked up the faucet and came back and had it installed quickly. He then helped me with a clogged bath drain in minutes. Very nice to talk to and he was good at explaining the issues. I have dealt with Interior Plumbing for the last 15 yrs. I find they are great to deal with because they offer fast professional service. They came to my place on a Sunday morning and installed a hot water tank. Repaired my furnace late at night in Dec 2008 and just finished installing an AC into the house with professional service right from Swain giving me a quote and talking me into a cheaper option than the one I was interested in and showed me with an app on his phone that I would only save $40.00 over 5 years on hydro than buying an AC for $800.00 more. The techs that installed it were great and did a good job. Thanks IPH
