BUYER BEWARE: Working with Grassroots was an disappointing and upsetting experience. The project management was sloppy, inattentive and misleading, the design options provided were limited and over budget, and the workmanship of the final product poor. Overall, communications were unclear, disorganized, accusatory and ultimately abusive. Many of the positive reviews here are written by staff.

I've worked with Grassroots for almost a decade now, granted, not as a client but as a photographer coming in to shoot the finished product - so I can't speak to the process, only the final product. I can say that I've worked with far more expensive and prestigious kitchen and design companies that deliver similar experiences for far more. I know Grassroots does care, that the people there are good and talented and doing good work.
