I don't often write reviews, however, the lack of communication and follow through has been very disappointing as a first time customer. We had a set meeting day/time and there was a no show on the companies end and I waited 40 minutes with no communication until the following day and I still have not been able to set another appointment because there has been no response or follow up on their end after several attempts.

We had an amazing experience with OTIS Interiors. This was our first renovation project (a basement reno and a two-piece addition) so we were a little nervous going into it, but working with Marc, Joe and their trades proved to be incredibly easy and worry-free. Marc is very professional and has excellent communication skills - we would get frequent detailed reports on how things were progressing and what our timeline should look like. The initial cost estimates for the project ended up being spot on. We had the most incredible experience with OTIS Interiors as they overhauled our master bedroom. Jasmine is insanely talented and took the time to understand what we wanted, how we wanted the room to feel and how we wanted it to work for our family. Each of the concepts were breathtaking and it was hard to pick as everything was gorgeous and bang on with what we liked. She the made the process so easy - she sourced all of the materials and design and we simply had to say "yes" or "no". The final results completely took my breath away - the highest quality items and the most beautiful designs. Jasmine and her fantastic crew took care of every aspect of setting up our room, I didn't have to lift a finger. I highly recommend OTIS interiors and I will absolutely work with them again on future projects!
