We have had Frontiers Landscape do some work at our house for the past few years. There are several reasons why I chose and recommend Frontiers, first and foremost the workmanship is second to none! Secondly , it is obvious that they respect both our property and our time. The work site was always left clean and tidy, and they kept me in the loop with what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. They did what they said they were going to do! The one job they did for me, when it was done, I wanted something changed and it was done immediately and without complaint. Third, there has never been any pressure to do more than I wanted to do. I am the Pastor of St. Alfred's Catholic Church in St. Catharine's, Ontario. We recently engaged the services of Frontiers Landscape to install a new tiled floor in our church foyer. The project began on October 31st, 2016 and was completed on the scheduled date, November 11th. The work done by Frontiers Landscape has greatly enhanced the main entrance to our church with a beautiful Celtic Cross which greets worshipers as they enter. Doug and his team at Frontiers Landscape not only exceeded my expectations, he created new ones that I am sure other architecture companies could never match. First of all, I have a terrifying driveway - long, narrow, winding, and steep. When mixed with harsh freezing rain and snow, it created a dangerous situation. For over a year I consulted other landscape companies, pavement/heated driveway companies, architects, and even engineers in an effort to solve the issue. Thankfully, I was referred to Doug and I've never looked back. Punctual and dependable: I met with Doug at the expected time and not a moment later. He came prepared to my home and had intelligent questions ready to go. Simple yet creative solutions: He gave several solutions and for those answers he didn't know, he promised research, a concept sketch, and a quote within days. It took one day. The complex situation of bordering a conservation zone didn't phase him either, and he easily liasoned with the appropriate conservation authorities and hydro to ensure a safe solution for the environment. Customer service: Unparalleled. I had a very negative experience with a previous company and that left me nervous investing in such a large scale venture. Yet Doug's professionalism and warm demeanour placed me at ease rapidly. He frequented the site to ensure every move his team made was of the utmost quality and workmanship. Communication: Doug and his team are approachable and transparent. He kept me in the loop me each step of the way with status updates and has remained on budget as promised. No guesswork or sudden (and expensive) surprises. Take it from someone who has been badly burned by design/Reno companies in the past - you are getting the real deal here. Therefore, I recommend Doug and his team at Frontiers if you want a quality job done right the first time.
