(Translated) I did business with Nadya Bernard of O Design for my new B&B in Chelsea, Auberge Tom, and I was delighted with her service. Nadya is attentive and available and has lots of great ideas. She surrounds herself with a team of seasoned experts, so I didn't have to worry about the work to be done and the results are magnificent. We had tight deadlines and everything was done very well. We still have a lot of renovation and design work to do, and one thing is certain, I will continue to use Nadya's services whenever I have to make an improvement to the B&B. I highly recommend it to you, whether you have small jobs or major renovations. Il nous reste encore beaucoup de travaux de rénos et de design à faire, et chose certaine, je continuerai de recourir aux services de Nadya à chaque fois que j'aurai à apporter une amélioration au B&B. Je vous la recommande chaudement, peu importe que vous ayez de petits travaux ou des rénos majeures. Vous ne serez pas déçus avec Nadya et O'Design. :-)

The renovation project for the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce (CGC) could not have taken place without the support of its members. Nadya had to work with new suppliers imposed by the CGC as well as a limited budget, including materials offered by CGC members. In addition to being easy to adapt, the proposed creative project and design were fully in line with the CGC's vision of dynamizing its premises and reflecting its business community! En plus de sa facilité d'adaptation, le projet créatif et le design proposés correspondaient totalement à la vision de la CCG, souhaitant dynamiser ses locaux et être à l'image de sa communauté d'affaires!

We thoroughly enjoy our new space that Nadya redesigned for us! It hardly seems like the same house. She reworked our great room space (living, dining and kitchen). Relocating the fireplace and expanding the kitchen to twice its size. She came up with some unique design ideas for a very difficult space (many angles and a circular room). We love working in our large modern kitchen with views to the windows and fireplace. We also love our new zen master bathroom. It fits our needs perfectly and feels so much more spacious. Nadya was also very good at suggesting materials and furnishings. We worked with Nadya for at least an 18 month period from conception to final build (our pace). She was very patient with our many iterations of the plan. She was always quick to return updates when we finally made a decision. She took our feedback like a true professional and ensured that we were a satisified client. O’Design was present throughout the whole construction process and ensured that the job was done to our and their satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Nadya for her good design sense and her true professionalism. Thanks, Nadya!
