By appointment only in times of covid, we had the attention of all staff and were guided through the whole process of choosing materials, accessories and colors. They revised our plans and helped us identify points where a different setup would be more ergonomic. Their prices are reasonable and they had more than one quote ready depending on whether one would choose cheap or higher end options. They put a lot of emphasis on quality assurance during and after installation and explained the contract to us in plain language. I highly recommend! Ils ont révisé nos plans et nous ont aidés à identifier des points où une différente configuration serait plus ergonomique. Leurs prix sont raisonnables et ils avaient plus d'une soumission de prêtes selon que l'on choisirait des options bon marché ou plus haut de gamme. Ils mettent beaucoup d'emphase sur l'assurance de qualité pendant et après l'installation et nous ont expliqué le contrat dans un langage clair. Je recommande fortement!

Pros: - Super professional service when designing and choosing my kitchen and washroom cupboards. Cons: - The worst after Customer service every! House was delivered in June 2021, Kitchen and washroom still not completed- September 2021. The finishing over the cabinets does not meet workmen like standards. I have a crack in the middle of the top portion of my cabinets where the joint is. (See picutres) Need to call and follow up with pictures numerous times to get anything moving. They keep loosing track of what needs to be done and keep requesting more pictures. It is September and The work is still not completed. (see pictures) They scheduled 2 service calls and did not show up. Including labor day Monday!! I do not recommend this company based on it's customer service alone!
