Kim and Emil are very professional, truly caring and honest people. Design is clearly their passion, which becomes very obvious after spending some time with them. Once they go through your home they are excited and have lots of great ideas. They will give you a fair price and are very flexible with requests or modifications as time goes on. Their staging even included clothes, shoes and jewelry where appropriate. Surprisingly, they even bought a makeup table to fit a spot in my house without asking anything extra in return; they just told me they needed one anyways so it was not a problem. I was also very impressed with the moving crew who were very particular and have moving rugs and needed no direction to do things right and without any marks or damage to the house. In the end I believe that my higher end home in Alta Vista was very well staged and that this was reflected in the price it sold for.

They also offered helpful advice on steps we could take to enhance our home’s presentation.
