L'accueil y est toujours cordial et le soucis d'offrir le meilleur service est au premier rang parmi les priorités des propriétaires. J'ai visité plusieurs grands centres de rénovation à Montréal et dans ses banlieus. Aucune d'elles m'a aussi bien conseillé dans mes achats. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner le service en plomberie de Dominic. Il est sans contredit le meilleur de tous. Il connaît ses produits et peut conseiller un client du début à la fin d'un projet. Il offre des conseils qui permettent de faciliter le travail à un bricoleur qui s'aventure dans un projet qui peut devenir hasardeux. Bref, ce conseiller mérite pleinement le titre du meilleur vendeur avec qui j'ai eu affaire dans une Quincaillerie à vie. Et j'a 56 ans, j'en ai vu d'autres... Bravo à toute cette formidable équipe.
