Was there around 09:00 hrs July15 2020. I had phoned around 08:00 to talk with the plumbing dept to make sure they would have what I required to repair the drain leak on stainless steel kitchen sink. Talked with Robert discussed repair options and said I would be right in, about 45 mins from my home. Robert had everything set out and we discussed options. Super individual WELL DONE !

Brutal pricing. I bought a 6" flexible conduit at this store as I was in the neighbourhood. Saw EXACTLY the same item at Home Depot in Kingston a few days later for HALF the price ($9.98 vs $17.99). Pick another store to shop for home improvement unless you are in a pinch. Another point, the cas line-up was also brutal.

This is the best hardware ever. Being single, I try to fix everything myself. I will bring in parts or pictures for help and the staff can tell me what I need and how to do it. We always have humorous conversation. Likewise in the yard, staff are fast, efficient and pleasant.

Fantastic store for the DIY'er. Lots of stuff to shop for. Lumber yard has great service and do custom cuts. Not much in the way of automotive products, because they specialize in hardware and Gan is brimming with auto parts stores. Good Stihl Chainsaw & parts section.

Curbside pick only currently. Quick and easy. I've shopped inside this store many times. Staff is awesome, friendly and extremely helpful. I can always find what I need here. My preferred hardware store when in the area.

Sunday October 20th at 10:15am the “Greater” a young girl with straight long hair gave two of the guys I was with a scratch and save and didn’t give me one. We laughed and said I was rejected. She knew because it was obvious. Honestly, it wasn’t nice of her and she knew what she did because she looked right at us the whole time. It made me feel bad quite frankly. It would be really good if you could teach your employees to be fair and nice. The cashier at the front wasn’t much better telling us that we were lucky she was nice because she didn’t want to use the scratch and save since we had already scratched it. Maybe talk to the girl at the front and teach her to #1 give scratch and saves out to everyone and don’t be a so mean :( ... #2 talk to customer and tell them the “rules” so that we don’t scratch before we should. Really bad experience all in all.

Shockingly disrespectful disregard for customer care. Waited over 30 minutes in line on 30 degree heat to process my already placed order. Only to be told to pay and then go to another door and wait again only to receive my goods( which i had already paid for ) and find out they were filthy and broken.

Fast service but lo mein overcooked and mushy with very little chicken or veg. Gen pso tasteless chicken psu.guy was a.joke a hunk of breaded chicken no.sauce or veg etc. Just a big chicken ball. old win ton soup noodles in pieces tasteless. Old freezer burned egg rills just hunk of cabbage in middle had three threw two and a half out....worst chinese food ever!!!

Staff are always knowledgeable which is why I stopped going to Rona or Lowe's. Somehow, seemingly impossible as it is, they have staff who actually know more than just what shelf something is on. I have even preferred this store to Home Depot and have found that I always find what I need here and people that will talk me out of buying materials I won't need. Excellent service.

The manager gave us a hard time with returning flooring they said we could return whatever was unused. This is the 2nd reno project where we bought flooring at this store, and we spent over $2k This go around. They go back on their word! To boot, the manager started raising his voice at us and just walked away!! This is the last time we buy anything at this store.
