Went in a picked out tile and gave the sales person our measurements. Was given an estimate that was supposed to include installation and materials. After they came out to measure, which they just confirmed the measurements that we originally gave them, they give us a completely different quote. They changed the price per square foot on the tile, added freight charges that were never mentioned previously, and then wanted more than $5 a square foot to put the tile down. Complete waste of time from start to finish.

Just had Tony and Rick out here to finish the living room and hallway. Floor looks great. Tony and Rick did a fantastic job, they are quick , efficient, and if my dogs like them then you know everyone else will as well. When we have the bedroom done they are who we want out here no one else will do. Thanks guys, VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

Fantastic from sales, service to installation. Wife and I bought a new floating wood floor and simply love the new look and ease of cleaning. The one question we keep asking ourselves is "why didn't we do this earlier". The installation tesm was professional, clean and very helpfull. They moved all the furniture themselves, and even help us put 3M pads under all of the furniture. They removed all old carpet and tile and it was amazing. The question you should be asking yourself is "what am I waiting for". These folks are number one and no one can compair.

UPDATE: Alford’s stands behind their product and service. We heard and read great things about the floating floor. When we had trouble with initial installation the owner came out to inspect the job and sent in a new crew to totally redo everything. She was so committed to service that she even provided padding under the flooring which I highly recommend. Installers Bobby and Richard did a great job and it was fun just watching them work together. The result is a beautiful floor that we are very proud of. We plan to replace the carpet in the bedrooms soon, we’ll go to Alfords. Thanks Liz.
