On the Alaskan Highway mile 25 we took a rock to the windshield of our class A Motorhome. Very scary as glass scattered everywhere on the driver side dash and chair. Pulled in to Alpine Glass to get an assessment of the damage. Caralei from their office could not have been nicer or more helpful. She looked at the damage, told us the windshield will need replacing but the cracks for the most part would continue toward the edges. Filling was not recommended. Made us feel better about the situation. We went next store to the hardware store and picked up some clear Gorilla Tape and taped damaged area inside and out. Fingers crossed.

Staff is friendly and professional. Had a rock chip im my windshield repaired. Also had the Diamond Coat put on the windshield. This was done on our SUV last year as well. I am convinced that the coating has prolonged the life of the SUV's glass. The Diamons Coat makes the windshield look very clear. Excellent product.

ALPINE IS THE BEST!!! When I first called, I got an instant quote, plus they gave me all the options, and then I was given an appointment within 5 business days. My truck was there for a total of 2 hours, and they gave me a courtesy vehicle. They called me 30 mins before it was ready to give me a heads up, and when I arrived my trucked was washed! And they even wiped everything down inside, cleaned my floor mats, and sprayed a lovely refreshing scent inside. Alpine definitely exceeded my expectations, not only with the service, but also the price was about 200 dollars less than I expected. Kudos Alpine!

My windows were installed by Alpine when the house was built. Unfortunately one of them needed a warranty claim and its taken all year to still give me no information on fixing the cracked window and seal issues on my front door. Now that it's almost winter I expect no change. The salesman i had been working with has stopped responding which I find to be a very poor business practice. I've been as helpful as i could to give information but have simply been ignored, I think mainly because its a warranty claim and not worth their time. A red flag to anyone considering Alpine Windows & Doors
