HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! RK furniture is scamming people! You’ll buy an item and won’t receive updates on its delivery for months! I still haven’t received my shipment and it’s been 6 months. Lady who sold it to me blocked my phone number after calling to check on its delivery. Shadiest workplace and people! There are so many other places worth buying from and this place is not one of them!

We’ve shopped at RK for years and every experience has been positive. When dealing with Michele she has been nothing but top notch by providing numerous options with no pressure to purchase. Recently we purchased a dinning room set that was a special order and one of the chairs had a loose leg. Once we let Michele know and provided some information, she dealt directly with the company and within weeks we had a new chair. Totally recommend shopping at RK!

Disrespectful workers, yelling at customers, delivering broken furniture.. very unprofessional. Even looking at their replies to other people are unprofessional. They clearly can’t keep it together and only replying to those who rate them well instead of fixing problems with other consumers who obviously are upset.

After a terrible experience at another furniture store, we were overwhelmed by the staff and quality of the products here. Not only were the prices good but superb selection. The owner even took the time to ask about the room and advised us on the best display for the furniture for the room it would be in. Thank you so much. I went into RK looking for a specific table and came across the exact table I had hoped to find. Sonica approached me and was was wonderful. I had found the table a bit cheaper else where and she agreed to match the price with no questions asked even though it was already on sale. We went back the next week to purchase the table and they made sure it was wrapped perfectly as not to scratch it in the commute home which I'm sure was not an easy task due to the table being extremely heavy and large. I cannot say enough good things.....this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and we will definately be shopping there again!!! ThanK again!!!

Went to RK Furniture Gallery and spent some time looking around and finally found a living room set we liked. The salesperson was fairly knowledgeable and the store had a good selection, but when it came time to purchase the set, we were told that the price increases had just come in and the couch we liked had gone up $150.00 from what was on the sticker price. Normally if this happens anywhere else, they always match their sticker price and often give you an additional 10%, but we had to pay the higher price. I consider this to be false advertising and so for this reason, we have decided to look elsewhere for our dining room and rec room furniture. We will definitley be checking ahead of time as well that the advertised prices will be what is charged.

RK always seems to be where I end up finding the pieces that I’m looking for. (And sometimes I even find something I didn’t realize I needed until I saw it! : ) However, beyond even that, it’s their service that makes them a stand out for me. Sonica and her team continue to provide the same quality customer care and knowledgeable support year after year - right from the very first furniture purchase we made many years ago to the most recent one a couple of months back. Since buying a house in PG 10 months ago, my wife and I have made 2 large purchases, involving at least 6 pieces, and we're completely satisfied with the service that local ownership provides. Sonica and her team are extremely helpful in their advice on style, the pricing is very fair for the quality of product, but most importantly, the client relationship doesn't end with the credit card transaction on purchase day. Sonica provides excellent after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and that's very much appreciated.
