When you try to shop local and you're met with utterly disappointing service. Or should I say...no service at all. I come into the store and the best I can get is a sideways glance from one employee out of the three that were working there. They had zero stock of the lamp that I wanted and apparently, it takes 2 days to check if they can even order it in. Two days later, the lamps are at considerable mark up from the price in-store and within their own online store. How does a lamp go from $142 in store, $165 in their online store, and up to $195 all within 2 days? I understand that things change, but maybe train your employees to say hello and ask if a customer requires service right from the get go? Disappointing.
