We had ordered window blinds first and they came, were installed and we were very pleased. Then we realized that the glass door covering also needed to be upgraded to the same quality of the Budget Blinds quality. They were ordered, arrived, installed and there was a colour discrepancy between the framing of the window blinds and the door framing. Paul went the absolute extra mile(s) until it was corrected to our satisfaction. And each step that it took to accomplish this desired conclusion, which meant matching trim, was extremely professionally done. Our recommendation - if you are looking for someone to train your consultants on what true service is we would highly recommend Paul for this position. He is second to none! We would also like to recommend that factory products defaults are sure to have had input from the consultants in the field who are dealing with the customers in order to ensure that the end result will always meet customer satisfaction.
