Ordered a council, coffee table, and 2 end tables, one handle was not screwed in right and was cross threaded. We were able to get it to look ok, but it's a little loose, also our set was much darker than the display model. It was a distressed finish so I guess that might be expected.

Nicole from Slumberland in International Falls went above and beyond to help me with my order. The delivery guys tried for a long time to get my new beds to go upstairs without taking off the banister. They remained pleasant through all of it. Nicole answered all my questions and called me to help find an alternative bed and box spring for my family. My husband ended up cutting off the banister so the original order would be able to fit. I called Nicole Monday morning and explained that I needed to make a return and I wanted the original order delivered. She never once acted annoyed or angry with me about it. She was extremely kind and helpful through all of it.
