They really make every aspect of space functional yet beautiful. As redesigning your home is stressful, they really take the stress and pressure off of you. Reform Fitness

In 2015, I opened a boutique fitness studio. Towards the end of construction, I sought advice from Raelyn regarding the décor and was incredibly impressed with her ability to bring my vision to life. It was everything I had envisioned and so much more! When I decided to expand my business and open a second location, I immediately contacted West End Interiors! In the midst of all the chaos surrounding construction, it was a relief to have Raelyn by my side. I had absolute trust and confidence in her abilities, and gave her complete control of designing the space. Once again, I was completely blown away at Raelyn’s ability to create the perfect space. She listened to my ideas and hopes for the space and turned them into a reality – the finished project was more amazing than I had imagined. She turned a rundown, abandoned restaurant into an incredibly gorgeous boutique fitness studio, giving the space a look and feel that I never imagined possible. Raelyn is different from other designers because she truly cares about each and every project that she takes on. She genuinely cared about my vision for the space and listened to all of my ideas. She then took those ideas and turned them into a stunning reality. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, Raelyn was able to come up with a solution that was both functional and beautiful. Most importantly, she created a beautiful space within my budget. Whenever we approached one another with a design idea, Raelyn was able to bring it to life in or under budget. Whenever something was too expensive, she was always able to find an equally beautiful, but less expensive option. The few times she couldn’t find a suitable substitute, she (brilliantly) came up with another idea that worked perfectly in the space. Raelyn is a true professional that will surprise you every step of the way. Her visions are incredible and her endless connections with local artists and craftsmen proved invaluable. Each and every time I step into one of my studios, I am blown away by how beautiful they are!

Raelyn is a genius. When I saw her initial design for our kitchen I thought it was amazing, but it would never work. How wrong I was! She opened my mind to what was possible. It was so inspired we ended up transforming the entire first floor to bring it to life and it’s like a fairy tale - not only is it just like the picture, it’s better! My project had many fairly significant twists and turns along the way and Raelyn handled them all quickly and without complaint. I now not only have the kitchen of my dreams, I practically have a new house without having to move. Raelyn Woltz of West End Interiors meet and exceed all our expectations. Changing the front exterior of Carmelo's Coat of Arms Restaurant in Lewiston, NY was a delicate task to design. With almost 40 years in business it was hard to make the change, but knew we had to. Raelyn knocked it out of the park. Working with Raelyn was so easy going. Deadlines were meet and the subcontracorts were professional. Would highly recommend.

I found Raelyn while scrolling through Instagram and she was my first call after we closed on a new house. We bought a very dated home which needed several updates. Initially I met with Raelyn to discuss a kitchen renovation. After seeing how amazing the kitchen/breakfast bar/dining room space was coming together, the renovation quickly spread to pretty much the entire first floor which included a powder room, mudroom closet, interior doors and front entrance. She truly captured my vision and style. And more importantly we stayed within budget. She offered her advice throughout the process and was quick to respond. We wanted a beautiful, functional kitchen for our large busy family that worked with the original 1905 details in our Elmwood Village home. Raelyn and team’s work/social media/portfolio show the beautiful work they do. Let me share what might not be so apparent: how well they listen, take notes and how on-trend/knowledgeable they are WITHOUT BEING SNOBBY or insensitive to budget at all (for example, we have very fancy Roman shade fabric accompanying a custom window seat fabric that Raelyn bought with a coupon at JoAnn’s). There are “wants” I mentioned off-hand ONCE in conversation with Raelyn or her team that showed up in plans months later. She is also happy to do all of the uncomfortable/awkward work with vendors and contractors to get things just right. Fast forward...the space is stunning and is modern while fitting perfectly in with the rest of the first floor. It has custom details I could have never ever sourced on my own. I’ve now used it, working from home, Covid homeschooling three kids and it’s perfect. Lots of storage for the non kitchen stuff of family life that ends up in kitchen (crafts, games, homework). Awesome workflow. So pretty. Very very happy.

Walking down Main Street with my wife, we decided to stop in to inquire about scheduling/booking a consult to redesign several rooms in our home on Cottage Street. Upon approaching the store front we were NOT welcomed by a very nasty barking dog and no one in the store front? This turned us off entirely. We decided to not even bother returning the following weekend as this was not welcoming, and left a bad taste in our mouths.

I never used an interior designer before my husband and I hired Raelyn to design our master bathroom in our 1930s home. Raelyn’s aesthetic is more modern than mine, so I was a little worried that her design might not reflect my tastes, but it 100% did! The result is an elegant master bathroom that fits in perfectly with the age of our home. Her floor plan by itself was worth the money! Plus, Raelyn kept us within our budget, which was so important since we were renovating other parts of our house at the same time. Raelyn also helped us quickly make adjustments throughout construction when issues arose. Overall, the experience and result were fantastic and we cannot recommend West End highly enough! In fact, we were so pleased with Raelyn’s professionalism and the quality of her work that we’ve hired her again to design our son’s room.
