We wanted to replace our kitchen floor which we'd done the better part of two decades before. Never a good job so the floor had to go. So I asked a trusted contractor who he could recommend and her sent me Lisa and Carlos' way. First impressions were favourable and Lisa gave us great assistance in picking the tiles and allowing us to take a selection home to get a better assessment. So we choose our kitchen tiles—then tiles for another room—then decided to install under floor heating as both rooms were prone to be chilly in winter. So installation. Job started on time and finished on time. The work was beautifully done and while the job was understandably dusty the team did a good job of clean up. I would have no hesitation using Lisa+Carlos again.

They were both easy going professionals. Carlos did an amazing job and fast. We couldn’t find anyone to install our kitchen backsplash. Within two weeks of ordering the tiles they were installed with them. We actually ended up paying them to much by accident. Carlos got ahold of us to refund the money. I will be using them again in the future.
