The night before we left the house in her hands, we were feeling uncertain about how much interest we would get as we were listing late in the year. After her team came and worked their magic, we felt confident we would get interested buyers for the house. The furniture was bang on with our style and how we always wanted our home to look and her passion for the job really came through in the details. She found use for walls that we never thought to put artwork on; she selected lighting that made us want to linger in the spaces; she used colours and textures that felt universally chic and refined. She didn’t over decorate or under decorate – it was just perfect. She also made the process seamless. She came for a short visit about a week before staging and gave us a very clear and concise list of what to clear out. She was very relaxed about what we could do within the week timeframe; if we couldn’t get to something on the list she assured us that everything would still be ok. And it was. She didn’t even measure our unusually narrow front door; she just took a few photos of each room and on the day of staging, everything magically fit through and filled our home. We love the result beyond words and are impressed at Katie’s positivity, calmness and professionalism. She and her team made me realize the incredible value of staging a property before selling. It really helps the buyer to envision how great the space would be to live in. I would never consider selling another property without calling Katie first!
