The service at this store will keep me coming back! Associate Nick was knowledgeable, friendly, not aggressive, and patient. I originally came in the store looking for a mattress, with 2 twelve year old kids, and he encouraged us to take our time and try any mattress we wanted. He treated everyone with respect. The mattress was for my daughter so I wanted her input, as she was the one who would be sleeping on it. Nick gave us time to browse on our own, but was still right there if we had questions. After I looked there, I went to the another store. The person who first saw me, immediately told me the mattress i was looking at was out of my price range. I was completely insulted and almost walked out. I kept looking and she was rather pushy and wanted a decision on what we were going to buy. My daughter is quite shy, and at this point wouldn't answer because she felt pressured. The sales lady was just a bit too aggressive and I felt like we were being heavily guarded. In hindsight, I should have brought this to her attention immediately, but my daughter liked the mattress we had picked out at audio video. So some time passed, as we weren't quite ready to get a mattress right away. Nick remembered who we were, which was quite a compliment. Again he was informative, patient and there was no pressure. Nick's great salesmanship will keep us coming back.
