As a general contractor, I had pretty much given up working for people preparing to sell because quality is very important to me. Diana did not throw the customers money around. She made really wise decisions on how to spend it by doing repairs in keeping with the original quality of each specific item. For example, the deck had been beautifully done by someone who had put care into it, but parts of it were rotten. Diana had us replace those parts with matching parts and finishes.
