I have been in this store multiple times. I have had no one say a word to me until I was up at the till. I almost didn't write this. But I thought you know what, you're new, and you need to be aware that you will not last long with the snotty attitudes I have seen there. Unreal. AND the woman wasn't wearing a poppy on Remembrance Day? AND had her Christmas stuff up? SO shamefully disrespectful. Your response proves a lot. You have been open for a while now and multiple people have an issue with your inability to care who is in your store unless people are spending money. What a shame. And yes your staff ( and/or yourself ) has been snotty and rude, and that includes the second day you were open. I kept coming back thinking you would alter your customer service as I don't get this treatment to the right or left of you. But instead I received the same. And to tell me that you are allowed to honour another holiday, on a day where you clearly don't care or understand that the land you walk, build on SELL ON has been fought for, for us all, but you still don't have the decency to communicate without being completely defensive, is very telling to me who you are as a person and owner.
