I've personally photographed some of her work and am blown away each time at some of the creative ideas that Gena comes up with. The owner Gena is driven and motivated to create gorgeous atmospheres using the space she's requested to transform. We worked with Gena Heydanus when we were picking out our blinds for our newly built home. She was very accommodating and met with us on the weekend. She gave us some great ideas but let us give our input as well. She then took the time to come out to our house before we even had possession to ensure that the blinds would be installed on the day we moved in. The blinds themselves were of good quality. There was one blind that was short in the den area but they quickly re ordered these and they should be in right away. We were definitely happy with the overall quality of service.

We completed a remodel of our home and we needed help with all of the finishing touches and special decorative details. Gena was absolutely the BEST! She helped us create the most beautiful and comfortable home we could have hoped for. She started with detailed 3D renderings to help us see what the spaces could look like. From there she helped us select furniture, fabrics, pillows, draperies, area rugs, roman shades and even saved one room with some lovely wallpaper. She came to our home, met with me at Design Loft, and kept in touch to keep me on track with selections and ordering. When all of our gorgeous furniture and tables arrived, she helped add all of the beautiful details that truly made our house look like it was pulled from a magazine. Her decorative touches and attention to detail made everything come together perfectly. When people come to our home, they literally ooooh and aaaah over every room and every detail. I should mention that she wanted to make us happy with all of the design decisions and went to great lengths to listen to what we hoped to achieve and then made it happen. She is a treasure in the decorating world and we highly recommend her design services!
