I ordered a black gaming desk as a gift it came broken when i opened it, i called they provided me a exchange after waiting for about 45m at the warehouse they gave me the package since i was in a rush i came home with this oak computer desk. Waste of time and energy going back and forth there. Very bad impression for a first time customer :(

Terrible way of doing business. The wait times are awful, up to 45 minutes just to grab two chairs that they already had in stock and in warehouse. After the long wait, don't leave the center just yet. Make sure you have the RIGHT items. No matter how many times you tell the workers, they somehow still manage to give you the wrong items. Extremely disappointed, will not be ever shopping here again and will be telling everyone I know to never come here.

I ordered a computer chair and a little white cabinet to go under my table as I work from home. Everything went together well for the chair, which I will get to enjoy tomorrow. The table was assembled when I pulled it out of the box, saving me time and energy. The delivery person was AMAZING and the warehouse was efficient. I had no problems with them whatsoever. I will be referring them to anyone I know looking for stuff for a home office.

Vocal walls

Check that your items and the installation kit is intact. They'd hardly admit they made a mistake once you drive off. The guy who handles complaints via phone? = zero customer relations skills. I wouldn't buy from them again, not even if they're the only store in the world.

Got a king bed frame from here. The instructions were very hard to tell when there were numbers on the pages but not on the actual parts. The laminated wood is not very well built. Pieces are peeling off on the corners and lots of damage to pieces. Who would of thought this place had furniture that was harder to build than IKEA lol.

The product is good. Not damaged. They brought it and loaded it in our car for us. Only question is, why do we have to call ahead of time if we get there and still have to wait 10+ minutes for them to find our order?

furniture is a good price but their finance company is horrible emailed them 4 times with no response back and if you call they make you hold 10 minutes then hang up on you

The store isn't very well organized. Very cluttered, and had to ask for help. We bought a bed frame, paid for it, and then we're told we had to pick it up at another location. Which is 10 minutes away. Warehouse is understaffed and it took nearly 30 minutes to get merchandise.
