I hate the fact that I ever gave this place my business. I ordered a floor lamp from Eurostyle Furniture...yeah, that is what this place is called. Not Euro Style..the owner doesn't even know how to write his own companies name properly. I was told that I would receive my lamp within 4-6 weeks (which is already a long time to wait) but get this I waited and I kid you not 9 weeks! Called the store many times, the sales associates didn't know what was going on and I don't think they even tried. Also no real apology. So after 9 effing weeks I finally recieved news that it was delivered to the store. Because it was a small item I picked it up from the store.They told me that the LED lightbulbs were not included in the $900 price of my lamp. So I had to buy the lightbulbs, which were $7.00 each! Now I am pissed, but it gets better. I take it home and only half the lights work, It turns out that there is a problem with the wiring. They tell me to bring it back to "test it" so I brought it back and I am now waiting for a brand new lamp! Seriously??? Now I am waiting another bazillion years for a new lamp and no discount, no apology. The owner, Konstantin told me that I got a good deal on the lamp and the fact that he is stuck with a faulty lamp that I ordered sets him back $$ so I don't deserve a discount. This will be the last time I ever do business with this sketchy establishment. Please, take my word for it don't give this place your money! Save it and take your business far from this place! The last visit I had was a disaster ! No one came to salute me when I came with my client. We were ready to buy everything for the house. It saddens me that this quality of service is offered to customer. I was ready to buy a whole set for 10 dining set and the couch we were ready to to buy for 90k$ worth of furniture there. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Where people really will be willing to serve you. Secondly when I came in I saw the manager/owner yelling at the client .

We discovered this store during our search of the FAMA couch. The store is conveniently located by the highway 40. Given the COVID-19 measures, the staff greeted us at the entrance and explained briefly about the furniture ordering procedures and expected lead time. I appreciated this transparently up-front. The store is very spacious with a wide selection of choices. I suggest to visit their website and facebook page to get an idea of brands and models that they carry. Kristine is very helpful and professional with our choice throughout the process at the store and over email exchanges. She gave us the space and time to make our decision which takes away the usual stress that I get when I visit higher-end furniture stores. I look forward to receiving our new couch in October. Side note: apparently Euro Style and FAMA living Montreal on Saint Laurent are owned by the same owner. We also enjoyed our experience in the downtown location.

Customer support review. I wanted to take few minutes and share with the readers a wonderful customer support experience. Looking around for furniture, we have decided to use the Euro Style products. And thanks to Julie, the interior designer at the store we had a wonderful experience. We ordered furniture for 3 different rooms and each room had its own customization. Julie had the patience and professionalism to walk us through an array of options and suggestions that will fit our taste and budget. She was always aware of our particular needs even if we were forgetting it. The answer to our emailed questions was very prompt (same day and even outside working hours). She took care of us even when we entered the store un-announced and she was busy with other clients. The company’s great service extends to the counterpart in Spain. While we were sending our ideas of customization, Spain came with an even better solution, design and budget wise. All in all until now we are very satisfied with the store and with Julie’s service in particular. If time permits towards the end of year I’ll post a follow up review in terms of furniture quality, delivery and after service customer support. Regards Dana

Loved the experience shopping here. I came across the place purely by coincidence and really pleased I did. Tara who assisted me through the process was so helpful - not just in picking the right furniture, but also in planning my new living space with me. I'd share ideas with her and she'd get back to me with her recommended pieces and room layout. Catalogue is also great. Unlike other furniture stores I perused where I may like one item or two, I can easily find multiple items I like here as the selection is more catered to a younger palette looking for less cookie-cutter choices. Lead time is about +2 month in my experience, which is really not bad considering that the pieces are custom made (compared to mass-produced options that take 3 months due to covid backlog). Prices are high (not ikea) but reasonable (most direct comparison I make is to mobilia). Definitely drop by the showroom to check it and and I'd definitely go back for my future furniture needs. My friend who came with me felt fomo because he didn't need furniture.

Scammed us for money. We purchased a TV unit from this company that arrived with damaged pieces and in the wrong colour. When we were speaking with the sales person to purchase this, we explained many times to her the exact colour we wanted was brushed chrome as this matched what we had already. Their orders are placed through their computer system in which they enter all of the information in the order for you, so we did not see the order that was placed in "shiny chrome" (we asked for brushed). To top this off, our invoice was in Spanish because the piece we ordered was from Spain. So we did not catch that the wrong colour was ordered for us. When it arrived (with scratches) of course we contacted them right away. After fighting with them for a few weeks, they finally allowed us to return it, but it had to be in the original packaging. The original packaging was some corner cardboard pieces covered by plastic wrap. We obviously didn't keep the plastic wrap so we packed it back with cardboard and brought it to them. It wasn't acceptable for them so they charged a few hundred dollars for re-packaging/re-stocking. This was all their fault. None of it was or fault and it cost money because of their mistake. Go elsewhere. You can find way better quality for the same price that is made locally. Seriously pissed off.

I purchased a whole leather sectional sofa in June which cost me $4000. This product has several quality problems, the most serious one is creaking springs. I spent a lot of time and patience for their service after sale. They have exchanged the sofa 3 times. But they all have creaking springs. Very disappointed, I requested for a refund , but they are not willing to give my money back. The sofa with defectives springs is still sitting in my living room. I am going to the court with them. I will post an update of the judge's decision. Even though, I gave them one star because they do provide exchanges instead of doing nothing.

Purchased dining chairs a few years back and they are still in great condition. The fabric is washable and hasn't warn off. It was also nice to be able to mix and match the wood color to the sits. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and with the variety of choices offered in the store.

We had a very pleasant shopping experience in Montreal and found a King Size bedroom suite that suited our tastes. Ordering was easy (even from Halifax) and we had to wait a while (as the unit was being manufactured in Spain), but Euro Style arranged all the shipping to Halifax. Unfortunately (no fault of Euro Style), the people who shipped our furniture were very rough with the boxes and managed to dent our headboard, despite appropriate packaging. Euro Style took care of all of the insurance arrangements and reordered a new headboard for us. This one arrived in a 'bomb proof' crate that they built and arrived in one piece. My husband had no issues putting the bed together (with instructions from Euro Style) and we are now (finally!) enjoying our beautiful new bedroom set. Thank you Euro Style for making, what would normally be a horrendous insurance issue into an easy one.

I bought a leather sectional sofa around 3 years ago in this store. They told me that the sofa is made in Italy. Since summer 2019, the leather starts peeling and cracking at multi places. An Italy made leather sofa peels?? Are you kidding me?? This store is not honest!! So disappointed with this purchase!!

Euro Style is a truly amazing store with an amazing array of different products. I purchased my bedroom set and dining room set and quality is simply amazing. Prices are very competitive and the staff is a joy to deal with. Delivery was excellent and the delivery guys took great care not to damage any walls or furniture. Didn't specifically purchase at Euro Style but I purchased a small side table from one of their vendors in Toronto. The table was only about $130 but I received excellent service from Euro Style in diligently addressing a small scratch on the base of the table. I had a new table (they were worried the separate parts wouldn't fit together as well so they sent a whole table) in less than a week and they gave me absolutely no problems. Just the background information and some pictures. Excellent customer service!

All the previous reviews are 100% written by the owners themselves or by friends of the owners!!!! It's impossible that this store got 5 star reviews from 10 different people all within the last 6 months! The store looks like a front for an underground business it looks EXTREMLY sketchy!!! The only reason we walked in is because we always pass by the store and we were curious to see how come it's still open after all these years. The furniture is outdated and the prices are absolutely outrageous... who in their right mind would spend that kind of money at that store! The two employees seemed surprised someone actually walked in when we did. They continued surfing the net while we circled around the store. I couldn't wait to get out of there it was very creepy.... all the lights kept turning on and off every 5-10 seconds... it was terrible!

Don't be fooled by what they tell you; I was sold a sofa telling me that there was a scratch resistant guarantee since the fabric was supposedly scratch resistant. This is completely wrong. When I relaunched them to find out what it was: radio silence. The manager has a passive / aggressive attitude in addition to not being able to speak French and forcing me to speak English with him. Delivery time which is also beyond comprehension. I paid for delivery and installation; result the delivery men gave it to me in front of my house. This business is a scam. I am also preparing a consumer protection complaint. (Original) Service client exécrable. Aucun suivi, j'ai dû à de multiples reprises les relancer même s'ils me promettaient de me recontacter dans l'heure qui suit. Ne vous fiez pas à ce qu'ils vous disent; on m'a vendu un divan en me disant qu'il y avait une garantie anti-griffe puisque le tissus était supposément résistant aux griffes. C'est complètement faux. Quand je les ai relancé pour savoir ce qu'il en était : silence radio. Le gérant a une attitude passive/agressive en plus de ne pas être capable de parler français et m'obliger à parler anglais avec lui. Délai de livraison qui dépasse également l'entendement. J'ai payé pour livraison et installation; résultat les livreurs me l'ont garochés en face de chez moi. Cette entreprise est une arnaque. Je prépare d'ailleurs une plainte à la protection du consommateur.
