I have been a contractor and home owner for over 25 year's and this is the worst home hardware I have ever had to shop at. The staff seem to have very limited knowledge. Seems when you ask a basic question they are not sure of they get their back up and frustrated to the point they treat me as if I have done something wrong or insulting. Every time I have shopped there I have left disappointed, frustrated and without the material's I needed.

Coming from a large city, my first impression of the store was...well...smaller. Accustomed to Home Depot and Lowe's stores, I feared my experience would be less than ideal. Very first visit I was approached by John. Within minutes I was able to understand what people were saying regarding the personal and friendly experiences that some small towns offer and I looked forward to shopping there again. Years later, I have not visited a big box store. Staff members, with a special shout-out to Rob, Drew and Brad have convinced me that while bigger stores have more on the shelves, stores such as this one have so much more to offer. I trust them. I know if I have a problem, they will go out of their way to help. Good people.

Most of the staff are not very friendly at all. Staff have limited knowledge, prices are extremely high. I much prefer shopping at Home Hardware in Annapolis or at my favourite store which is Fraser's.
