Great place to be. If you're looking for good quality office furniture to buy they give you the best.

Purchased a HM Aeron in size C. I'm 5'11 and 230lbs. HM recommends a size B if you are between C/B but size C felt too large at the front of the seat pan, causing me discomfort. Testing the size B at the store felt great at the front but tight on the side. Michelle worked with me and I was able to switch my Aeron for the HM Embody. The Embody has been fantastic and comfortable. Both chairs are fantastic quality but the Embody suited my body and comfort much better. At first I wasn't pleased with the Final Sale policy at Raven but through this revised review, Michelle didn't want me in discomfort and was able to get me sorted. Thank you Michelle and Raven Studio.
