I was able to have my truck serviced right away. I like the works package as I don't have to think about fluid levels or filters until the next time and they rotate my tires. They always review the work with me after and the price is reasonable. Also it was done within a half hour

Did not like the work done.... they were friendly don't get me wrong, but as time went I noticed more and more what wasn't right. (They matched the colour perfectly) the headlight is not correct, there are gaps where none should be.... and when the insurance work was done they then gave me a quote to fix what wasn't covered by MPI and that quote was for almost $3000.... Maybe I'm the exception.... not sure, but all I know is if my car ever needs work done again I'll go to a different auto body shop and compare.

Problem was not found after spending $130.00 for a scan and checked for similar problem on google and there is a lot of the same issues there truck running rough and stalls and Ford doesn’t know about this, I don’t think so!

I dropped my truck off the same day I called and was given a very nice loaner vehicle for the day. I picked my truck up the next morning at the time I was promised that it would be done. We were in a time crunch to find a vehicle. I contacted Mike through their website. I was happy with his quick and helpful responses. I was interested in a vehicle from another city, he took the time to look at the vehicle and was able to find me a similar vehicle within my budget. When we arrived in Dauphin we were introduced to Dwayne and we appreciated his help. I personally was happy with how concious they were to stay in my budget and not pushy about selling me a vehicle. We chose to have some additional items added to our Ford Escape SE and they were very accommodating. We were very happy with our experience and so far happy with our vehicle.

Got service done on my cover ( guard) on the under carriage, 3 times since I got my new 2019 f-150 and finally they took it off and they stated it won't effect the warranty- I argued that I do alot of winter roads and gavel roads as I'm a housing inspector would that effect the motor if any debri goes up there " they said "NO it shouldn't " anyway after arguing about 1/2 hr the service department gave me # to derict to Ford service so I left , I phoned that # and it was a SEX LINE - WENT BACK TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND Told THEM DOES IS NOT FUNNY - I left very , very disappointed costumer, they told me a sid plat is $700 ( metal ) , why did they put those on in the 1st place then those plastic screws and plate....

We had the misfortune of dealing with the collision center when we collided with a deer on Oct 1, 2018. We took the family vehicle to the collision center on a Thursday morning, and we got a call in the afternoon advising us to come pick up the vehicle. So at this time we had to wait a week for MPI to receive their findings, and their inspections. Then we were told that some parts would be covered due to wildlife damage, but the wiring and electrical problems that occurred during the collision wouldn’t be, and it would be at our cost. Unless under more investigation that it was in relation to the collision. At that time we said if that our options than so be it. As we were being honest, and confident of the problems within the vehicle because of the accident. So we instructed them to order the parts, and we would proceed with further more work inspections on the vehicle, and to book us an appointment. Well sad to say 6 weeks has come to pass, and we have yet to hear from them. I made them very aware that it was our family vehicle, that we live out of town, and it was our primary vehicle. Me and my wife finally got fed up and just went and bought a vehicle, and you can bet it wasn’t from Kelleher Ford. So do yourself a favour, and just wait for your appointment with the MPI adjusters, and eliminate yourself some grief!!!!! 3 Days have come to pass since I was told I would be contacted, yet nothing!!!

This was the 2nd time I've been to the Dauphin Ford dealership for help. Both times all staff I worked with were courtious and quite prompted considering I was travalling through. I would have given all 5 stars put I'm having issues with the key I had them cut and program for me this last time I was there. It's not working properly in the doors; however I expect when I make my next trip though they will correct it for me.

I was having intermittent issues with the heater/blower/air conditioning system. Seeing it is an intermittent problem, they were unable to locate the problem. I will have to go with the problem until it completely (or almost) dies and then take it back to be fixed.
