Above and beyond is an understatement. We've had a vacation rental for about 10 years and have used Bridge interiors for a couple of items, always happy with their consistent, reliable service but certainly not a fantastic customer for them dollars wise. We had no idea how great they really are though, until we found ourselves with a broken hideabed in the busiest month of the year for our rental! This one month carries the condo for a large majority of the year so this is a big deal. We had known the hideabed was on its way out, so had ordered a new one a few weeks back but were awaiting its arrival, when the hideabed broke to an unusable point, unexpectedly. Bridge Interiors came to our rescue, figuring out a short term solution for us, for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, that saved us from losing tenants for the rest of the month. I'll just repeat that we had already bought our sofa, they were not doing this to get another sale out of us, the sale was made, nor are we big ticket customers for them. They did this AFTER the fact, when they had absolutely nothing in it for them. There is so much to be said about working with professionals that are trusted in their industry throughout Western Canada (maybe beyond even?) and treat their customers like gold. Thanks so much you guys, you really took a lot of stress off in that moment, but also stopping a short cash situation for the rest of the year on that property.
