We used Harbour Kitchens for our new build guest house in 2019. We were highly impressed with the whole process from design, to installation as well as customer service. We were so happy with their custom work we have had them re design rooms for us in our main home. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and products provided by Harbour Kitchens. Chelsy is a fantastic designer and is so easy to work with. The craftsmanship shows in the details, as well the box design is by far the best I have come across for kitchen drawers. I will continue to upgrade and replace my current built ins with them.

They gave us a quote and then pressured us to put down a deposit even though we weren’t ready for installation. Emergency surgery slowed our work further and then there was more pressure to get our cabinets out of their warehouse. When everything was finally completed, our kitchen sink was left unsealed and it leaks underneath and one bank of drawers hit the cabinet when they close damaging the cabinet and the veneer chips easily in many places. I tried to have it remedied, but they seemed angry about the delay and no one was willing to come out and fix the problems, so I’ve had to live with it. ????. Further I noticed that some of their positive reviews are posted by staff. I

We are more than happy with our custom kitchen cabinets, two islands and a coffee centre with quartz countertops and backsplashes (which we LOVE LOVE LOVE) a round window trim and some guest bath shelves. Harbour Kitchens & Millwork also built us a breakfast nook and gorgeous vanities & a built in dresser in our primary bedroom. Chelsy and Harbour Kitchens were a pleasure to deal with and they were right on schedule, keeping in touch with us at all times. Their install guys, Dan & Robbie, were truly amazing. And any warranty work (which was minimal) was dealt with in a very timely manner. We have built many homes for ourselves with some superb kitchens in them and we have no hesitancy in saying that Harbour Kitchens has been an all around star! They deserve an A+ and we are happy to refer them to anyone. You won't be disappointed with their quality or customer service. We truly love all the work that Harbour Kitchens did for us!!

Months and months of trying to get responses on our cupboards we are extremely dissatisfied with from chipping and scratching all over within the first month of moving into our new home.
